The Customer satisfaction is the main target of TR Impianti, and in order to get this result, it has been created a dedicated division with specialized Engineers & Technicians to take care of the project starting from the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) phase till the HOC (Hand-Over-Certificate), in order to support the equipment supplied to the End User. The Customer Care and After Sales Service Division grants the best support to the Clients carrying-on the following activities whenever required by them:- Mechanical completion and closing any eventual punch-list items - Pre-Commissioning Activities - Commissioning Activities - Start-Up Activities - Training, either theoretical or on-site Practical for Operation & Maintenance end-user teams - Maintenance either preventive ordinary or and emergency extra-ordinary maintenance activities - Supplying of Operational & Maintenance Spare parts Service Division Strenght Points:- On call availability 24 hours/a day – 7 days/a week – all year long - Long experience in the Oil & Gas, Power, Petrochemical and Refinery field - Staff composed by skilled engineers and specialized technicians who are trained to operate in any operating condition (onshore, offshore, hazardous areas, sensible areas) - Awareness of potential problems which could arise during production on-site activities - Addressing of Trouble Shooting, Thanks for the long experience The Main advantages of Preventive Regular Maintenance program are:- To keep original designed performance of all the components - To prevent typical critical events, so as to minimize failure stops - To guarantee safety systems efficiency to preserve workers during emergency conditions simulations The Main features of Emergency Intervention are:- Critical materials, necessary for any intervention, are assured to be at stock - Using the updated technology basis such as, connection via Internet Remotely for immediate support - Arrangement for the intervention as quick as possible, according to VISA local regulation, when required |
